Meet Neo the adorable , sweet, dog friendly kitten! Sweet Neo lives with a sweet and playful dog in his foster home and they get along well! Neo loves to play with laser lights and cuddle with his foster parents . This sweetheart was rescued from a neighborhood in the Bronx with fast trucks and cars zooming by with his littermates .
