Meet adorable and affectionate Scuttle ! This young boy is incredibly outgoing , playful, cuddly , and loving! He teaches all the other foster kittens how to play and foster mom called him “the mayor” because when new kittens came in he “showed them around the room and how to play with the different toys”!! How cute?! He would love to be adopted with his friend Sebastian the Polydacty (Black and white tuxedo)
